The Privacy Notice explains the types of personal data we may collect about you when you interact with us. It also explains how we store and handle your data.

Casey’s Transfers are required to store personal data in order to fulfil a private hire transfer request. All bookings are made via the booking form on the Casey’s Transfers website where personal data is requested.

What sort of data do we collect:

  • Your name, pickup and drop off addresses, email and telephone number.
  • Any comments or reviews of our service.
  • We do not store card details taken for card payments.

What we do with your data:

  • To process your transfer booking, your details from the booking form are transferred into our calendar booking system.
  • Paper copies of booking forms are also retained.
  • Your details will be passed onto the driver fulfilling the transfer who may be from another trusted private hire company.
  • With your consent, we will use your personal data to keep you informed by email, text, telephone about relevant services including tailored special offers, discounts, promotions, events, competitions and so on.
  • We will use your personal data to administer any of our prize draws or competitions which you enter, based on your consent given at the time of entering.

How we protect your personal data:

  • Paper copies of booking forms are securely stored.
  • Access to the booking form area of our website is secured using ‘https’ technology.
  • Access to your personal data in our calendar booking system is password-protected.

How long will we keep your data:

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we’ll only keep it for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • Data collected from an enquiry will be retained for a month if a booking is not made.
  • Data collected from bookings will be stored for 1 year after the last travel date given on the booking form.

At the end of that retention period, your data will either be destroyed, deleted completely or anonymised, for example by aggregation with other data so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for statistical analysis and business planning.
